Crystal Valley Decorating is proud to introduce our custom made holiday garland and foliage.  Thanks to our new garland machine, we are able to produce a multitude of Foliage styles for shopping centers, parking lots, casinos and resorts, as well as hotels and city streets.  Our garland is made with UV inhibited fire retardant PVC film and manufactured in our facility here in Oregon!
